To
be presented to that person whose
acts and whose performance can be
judged as an outstanding contribution for the promotion and advancement of
the
interests of the Electrical Contracting Industry and the public that it serves.
The
Eggers Award was originally conceived
and established in July 1969. It was
presented to apprentices who were highly
skilled and demonstrated outstanding
performance. In 2002, the award recipient
qualifications were modified so that
any individual who displayed and provided
highly skilled service and outstanding
performance associated with the Alameda
JATC would be considered for the award.
To be presented
to that person who has exercised the
most influence
in updating the electrical code and who
has worked long and hard to accomplish
those changes.
The Chairman's Award, conceived and established
in October 2000, is given to an individual
chosen by the Chairman of the Electrical
Contractors Trust, who deserves special recognition
for their contributions to the Electrical
Contractors Trust of Alameda County.
